We also process deer during deer season. We have a standard charge of $75.00. The standard cut includes: neck roast, round steaks, rump roast, shoulder roast or steaks, backstrap left whole or cut into chops, tenderloins and burger. We can add beef fat ($0.75), pork ($2.00), or bacon ($2.00) to your burger.
We will NOT be doing any smoke meat ,jerky, or hunter sticks.
